安钢二炼钢煤气回收自控系统的设计与实现
DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF GAS RECOVERY AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR SECONDARY STEEL CONVERTER IN ANYANG STEEL
【摘要】 基于PLC控制系统,在二炼钢转炉煤气回收系统中利用复杂逻辑控制、顺序控制等先进控制理念和方法,对三通切换阀、旁通阀、水封逆止阀、放散点火装置、变频器等煤气回收设备进行自动控制,实现转炉煤气回收"无人值守"控制操作。自控系统的实现,提高转炉煤气回收效率,降低炼钢成本和人力资源成本,减少环境污染,实现高效化洁净生产。
【Abstract】 Based on the PLC control system,advanced control concepts and methods such as complex logic control and sequence control are used in the second steelmaking converter gas recovery system. The three-way switching valve,bypass valve,water seal check valve,diffusion ignition device,frequency converter and other gas recovery equipment are automatically controlled,realize the " unattended" control operation of converter gas recovery. The realization of the automatic control system will increase the efficiency of converter gas recovery,reduce the cost of steelmaking and human resources,reduce environmental pollution,and achieve high-efficiency and cleaner production.
