In order to optimize the accumulation of γ-aminobutyric acid( GABA) in germinated soybean under NaClCaCl_2 treatment,the appropriate application way of NaCl was investigated firstly to obtain GABA-riched soybean sprouts,and then the optimization of NaCl and CaCl_2 concentration for accumulating GABA was carried out.
