复合掺合料和聚合物对钢渣-碎石透水混凝土性能的影响
The Influence of Compound Admixture and Polymer on Properties of Steel Slag-gravel Pervious Concrete
【摘要】 通过强度和收缩率试验、SEM分析,研究了复合掺合料和聚合物对钢渣-碎石透水混凝土强度、收缩性和微观结构的影响。结果表明,掺30%复合掺合料(硅灰与矿渣微粉复合)提高了钢渣-碎石透水混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度,并可达到C30的要求;掺5%聚合物乳液进一步提高了钢渣-碎石透水混凝土的28 d强度,并显著降低了收缩率;掺入聚合物乳液后,加强了硬化水泥浆体内水化产物之间的联结作用,减少了毛细孔隙,有效改善了微观结构。
【Abstract】 Effect of compound admixture and polymer on strength, shrinkage and microstructure of steel slag-gravel pervious concrete was studied based on the strength test, shrinkage test and SEM analysis. The results show that by adding compound admixture composited with silica fume and slag powder, which content is 30% of cement content, the compressive strength and flexural tensile strength of the concrete samples increase and can meet the requirements of C30.By adding polymer emulsion which content is 5% of cement content, the 28 d strength of steel slag-gravel pervious concrete increases further and its shrinkage reduces significantly. When polymer emulsion is added in hardened cement slurry of steel slag-gravel pervious concrete, the connection between hydrated products is strengthened and the number of capillary porosity decreases, so microstructure of hardened cement slurry is also modified.
