有机硅改性聚氨酯水泥砂浆材料的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 采用羟基硅油、聚醚多元醇、MDI为原料制得有机硅改性聚氨酯预聚物,以甘油和催化型多元醇为固化剂,水泥、砂或生石灰为填料,制得了高弹性有机硅改性聚氨酯砂浆。讨论了聚灰比、固化剂组成以及-NCO含量对强度和固化时间的影响及填料对强度、可压缩性、回弹性和老化等性能的影响。实验结果表明,该材料具有高强度、固化快,弹性好,防渗透性能优异的特点,可以广泛应用工程防渗、公路快速修补等。

【Abstract】 High elastic silicone modified polyurethane mortar was prepared by cement, sand or lime as filler and silicone modified polyurethane prepolymer which was prepared by the hydroxyl silicone oil, polyether polyol and MDI at glycerol and catalyst type polyol as curing agent. The polymer cement ratio, curing agent composition and-NCO content on the strength and curing time and the effect of fillers on the strength, compressibility, resilience and aging performance were studied. The results show that the material has high strength, fast curing, good elasticity, excellent anti permeability performance characteristics. It can be used widely in rapid repair engineering anti-seepage, highway.
