鲜香菇菇柄力学特性试验研究

【摘要】 为探究香菇菇柄破坏规律,获得力学参数,为菇柄加工设备的研究提供基础。以香菇808为试验材料,利用UTM 6503电子万能试验机分别进行香菇菇柄轴向拉伸和径向剪切试验。结果表明:香菇菇柄由无数纤维丝排列组成,试验中香菇菇柄先发生内部滑移破坏纤维丝之间的连接,然后纤维丝独立受力并逐一断裂。香菇菇柄轴向拉伸弹性模量平均值2.986 Mpa,标准差1.759,最大抗拉强度平均值0.925 Mpa,标准差0.347;香菇菇柄径向最大剪切力平均值4.638 N,标准差0.992,最大抗剪切强度平均值0.042 Mpa,标准差0.009。香菇菇柄弹性模量、抗拉强度和剪切强度的标准差均较大,说明不同香菇菇柄之间的力学特性具有较大差异。同一香菇菇柄上不同纤维丝的力学特性也具有较大差异。

【Abstract】 To explore the destruction rule and obtain mechanical parameters of fresh Lentinus edodes stem,and provide the basis of research for processing equipment of Lentinus edndes stem. Axial tensile and radial shearing experiments was conducted using Lentinus edodes 808 as material on UTM 6503 electronic universal testing machine. The results showed that Lentinus edodes stem was composed of numerous filaments. In the experiment,the Lentinus edodes stem took the internal slip to break the connection between the filaments,and then the filaments of stem were independently broken. Average elastic modulus of the Lentinus edodes stem was 2. 986 Mpa with the standard deviation of 1. 759,and the average maximum tensile strength was 0. 925 Mpa with the standard deviation of 0. 347. The average maximum radial shear force was 4. 638 N with the standard deviation of 0. 992,and the average maximum shear strength was0. 042 Mpa with the standard deviation of 0. 009. The standard deviation of elastic modulus,tensile strength and shear strength of Lentinus edodes stem were large,thereby the mechanical properties of different Lentinus edodes were different. There were also significant diffferences in mechanical properties of different filaments in the same Lentinus edodes stem.
