4种杀虫剂拌种对小麦蚜虫的防治效果及其安全性研究

【摘要】 为科学使用杀虫剂防治小麦蚜虫,采用拌种的方法对4种药剂防治小麦蚜虫的效果进行比较,并对其安全性和小麦千粒质量进行测定。结果表明,70%吡虫啉WS 2.1 g/kg、70%噻虫嗪ZF4.2 g/kg和18%噻虫胺FS 4.2 g/kg 3个药剂处理对蚜虫表现出非常好的防控效果和超长持效期,一次拌种均能较好地将小麦全生长季蚜虫种群控制在防治指标之下,防治效果保持在93.18%以上,持效期长达7个月之久,且小麦千粒质量增加19.73%~27.24%,籽粒中无农药残留或远低于国家标准。50%吡蚜酮WP 2.1~8.4 g/kg拌种对全生长季麦蚜的防治效果为54.14%~99.79%,在相同剂量条件下持效期远低于吡虫啉、噻虫嗪和噻虫胺。因此,70%吡虫啉WS 2.1 g/kg、70%噻虫嗪ZF 4.2 g/kg和18%噻虫胺FS 4.2 g/kg是拌种防治小麦蚜虫的较优药剂处理。

【Abstract】 In order to control wheat aphids by scientific use of insecticides,four insecticides were selected to control wheat aphids by dressing seeds,the control effects were compared,and the 1 000-grain weight of wheat kernels and the residues of insecticides were also determined.The results showed that,three treatments of 70% Imidacloprid WS 2.1 g/kg,70% Thiamethoxam ZF 4.2 g/kg and 18% Clothianidin FS 4.2 g/kg had good control effects on wheat aphids during the whole growing season,over 93.18% and lasting for 7 months,the 1 000-grain weight was increased by 19.73% —27.24%,and the residues were not detected in wheat kernels or far below the national standard.The control effects of 50% Pymetrozine WP 2.1—8.4 g/kg were 54.14% —99.79% during the whole growing season,and the lasting period was much shorter than that of Imidacloprid,Thiamethoxam and Clothianidin under the same dosage.Therefore,the three treatments of 70% Imidacloprid WS 2.1 g/kg,70% Thiamethoxam ZF 4.2 g/kg and 18%Clothianidin FS 4.2 g/kg were suitable for controlling wheat aphids by dressing seeds.
