【Abstract】 Drawing on the theory of diamond model, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and competitiveness of rice industry in Heshan District from six factors: production factors, demand factors, related supporting industries, industrial strategy, structure and competition among industries, opportunities and government. Combining with the local regional characteristics and actual conditions, the paper puts forward the idea of changing development and sticking to the priority of quality and benefit; promotes the industrialization process and strengthen brand awareness; change double cropping to single cropping to stabilize the expected yield of rice. Five countermeasures are put forward to promote the development of rice industry in Heshan District, such as strengthening the support of science and technology, improving the content of science and technology, strengthening government regulation and control, and seeking long-term development.更多还原
