基于半导体制冷技术的驻车空调系统设计

【摘要】 半导体制冷技术主要依托热点材料来制冷,是一种清洁环保的驻车空调系统新选择。本文结合半导体制冷技术的制冷原理及独有特性,对基于半导体制冷技术的驻车空调系统的总体结构、制冷器、电路控制系统进行设计,并对热量循环、半导体制冷片数量和功率进行核算。通过计算可知,在驻车空调系统中需要采用不少于105片的半导体制冷片,空调系统的功率约为7 555W。

【Abstract】 Semiconductor refrigeration technology mainly relies on hot materials to refrigerate,is a clean and environmentally friendly parking air conditioning system new choice.Combining with the refrigeration principle and unique characteristics of semiconductor refrigeration technology,this paper designed the general structure,refrigeratory and circuit control system of parking air conditioning system based on semiconductor refrigeration technology,and calculated the quantity and power of heat cycle,semiconductor refrigeration sheet.According to the calculation,no less than 105 semiconductor chillers were needed in the parking air conditioning system,and the power of the air conditioning system was about 7 555 W.
