铁钻工研制技术路线研究
Study on Technology of Iron Roughneck Development Route
【摘要】 铁钻工是油田管柱自动化处理系统的重要组成部分,具有井口作业操作方便、省时省力、安全的特点。为使铁钻工的结构、性能、使用与维护满足钻修井作业的严格要求,采用系统分析的方法,考虑设计、生产、组装及实验的全过程,提出铁钻工研制技术路线,缩短了铁钻工研制进程,提高了研制效率,并为其他管柱自动化工具的研发提供了借鉴。
【Abstract】 Iron roughneck is an important part of oil pipe automatic processing system,wellhead has the characteristics of convenient operation,time-saving and safe.In order to let the structure,properties,and use of iron roughneck maintenance meet the strict requirements of drilling and workover operation,this paper used the method of system analysis,taken design,production,assembly and test of the whole process in accvunt,then put forward the integrity of the iron roughneck development technology route,so shorten the development process of iron roughneck,improved development efficiency,and provided reference for research and development for the other column automation tools.
