IBA处理对枣嫩枝扦插可溶性糖和蛋白质含量的影响

【摘要】 以半木质化二次枝为材料,用500 mg/L、1 000 mg/L和1 500 mg/L 3个浓度的IBA处理进行枣嫩枝扦插对比试验,探究插穗生根过程中韧皮部、叶尖和叶基的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量的动态变化.结果表明:IBA处理显著提高插穗生根率,其中处理浓度1 500 mg/L的生根效果最好,生根率可达91.1%.插穗生根过程中,不定根的发生与韧皮部、叶尖和叶基中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的消长紧密相关,可溶性糖的动态变化中,以韧皮部和叶尖消长最为活跃,叶尖是叶片产生可溶性糖的主要场所,可溶性蛋白的动态变化中,叶尖和叶基与韧皮部互助协同、平衡调控了不定根的发生和生长.

【Abstract】 The cutting contrast experiments on semilignifed secondary shoots of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.as the plant materials were treated by three different concentration of IBA with 500,1000 and 1500 mg/L,to research the dynamic changes of the soluble sugar content and protein content in the phloem,leaf apex and base during the rooting.The results showed that IBA significantly improved the rooting rate,the rootage effect was better to use the IBA concentration of 1500 mg/L,the high rooting rate reached to91.1%.The dynamic changes of the nutrient content(soluble sugar and protein) were closely related to adventitious roots generation in the phloem,leaf apex and base during the rooting.In the dynamic changes of soluble sugar,phloem and leaf apex were the most active,and leaf apex was the main place for the production of soluble sugar.In the dynamic changes of protein content,the leaf apex and base were interacted with their phloem and controlled the generation and formationof the adventitious roots.
