双-((2-二烷基氨基硫羰基硫)乙酸)1,4-丁二酯的合成、表征及其摩擦性能

【摘要】 合成了两种双-((2-二烷基氨基硫羰基硫)乙酸) 1,4-丁二酯化合物。研究了其作为润滑油添加剂的热稳定性及其在液体石蜡(LP)中的溶解性和铜片腐蚀性;在四球摩擦机上考察了其承载能力和抗磨性能。结果表明,两种化合物都具有优良的热稳定性、油溶性和抗腐蚀性能,且能够明显提高液体石蜡的承载能力和抗磨性能。添加质量分数为1.0%的化合物的油样的最大无卡咬负荷(PB)值比液体石蜡提高了106%,磨斑直径比液体石蜡减小了42%。

【Abstract】 Two kinds of double-(2-sulfur dialkyl amino carbonyl sulfide) acetic acid) 1,4-butyl ester compounds for lubricant additives were prepared. The thermal stability, solubility and corrosion resistance in liquid paraffin(LP) of these compounds as lubricating oil additive were also studied. The carrying capacity and anti-wear performance were investigated on a four-ball machine. The results showed that both additives have excellent thermal stability, oil solubility and corrosion resistance, which could significantly improve the carrying capacity and anti-wear properties of liquid paraffin. The maximum non-seizure load(PB) value of oil sample with a loading of 1.0% was 106% higher than that of non-added liquid paraffin, the wear scar diameter was reduced by 42% compared with that of liquid paraffin.
