对称与非对称共轭桥联的双(二吡咯甲烷)的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Bis(dipyrrolemethanes) with Symmetric or Asymmetric Conjugated Bridges
【摘要】 设计合成了2种具有对称与非对称共轭桥联结构的双(二吡咯甲烷)衍生物,2,5-二辛氧基-1,4-二(4-二吡咯甲基苯基)苯和2,5-二辛氧基-4,4,-二(二吡咯甲基)联苯,并通过1H NMR、13C NMR和MALDI-TOF-MS等手段对其结构进行了表征。研究了对称与非对称共轭桥联的双(二吡咯甲烷)衍生物的合成方法。实验结果表明,该合成方法步骤简单,条件温和,收率高(86.9%~94.9%),具有普适性。
【Abstract】 Two bis(dipyrromethanes) derivatives with symmetric and asymmetric conjugated bridges, named 2,5-dioctyloxy-1,4-bis(4-dipyrrolylmethylphenyl)benzene and 2,5-dioctyloxy-4,4’-bis(dipyrrolyl)biphenyl were designed and synthesized. The structures were characterized using1 H NMR,13 C NMR and MALDI-TOF-MS. The synthesis method of these bis(dipyrrolemethanes) derivatives were investigated. It showed that this synthetic strategy was simple, mild, high yield(86.9%~94.9%) and universal.
