【摘要】 本文根据株洲市社区教育效果测评指标体系对系统参量代码进行了约定,给出了子参量的测量方法;通过二次量化,将等级式测评的符号数据转化为百分等级数值,给出了社区教育输入性参量(推力)和输出性参量(质量)的计算公式和方法。应用表明该方法能满足社区教育效果系统评价模型的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The system parameter code and the measurement method are defined according to Zhuzhou community education effect evaluation index system. By means of quadratic quantizatio,the symbolic data of the hierarchical evaluation is converted into the numerical value of the scale,and the calculating formula and method of the input parameters( thrust) and output parameters( the quality) is given. The application shows that this method meets the requirement of the evaluation model of the community education effect system.更多还原
