【摘要】 采用抽样法对广东省三水戒毒康复管理所自愿戒毒人员的体质状况进行了调查,旨在为戒毒人员的体能康复提供科学依据。检测了身体形态、心肺功能、力量和柔韧素质等方面的指标,结果发现,自愿戒毒人员的心肺功能水平普遍低于正常水平,力量素质水平也普遍低于正常水平,上、下肢力量下降尤其明显,与入所初期相比,入所中、后期的心肺功能和力量素质的改善不明显,自愿戒毒人员的脊柱柔韧素质尚可,身体形态基本正常。为促进广东省戒毒人员的体能康复,迫切需要建立一套系统、安全、有针对性的体能康复方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study has investigated the physical fitness of substance abusers in Sanshui rehabilitation unit of voluntary detoxification in Guangdong province by sampling in order to provide scientific basis for the physical rehabilitation of substance abusers. Measurements of body morphology,cardiorespiratory function,strength and flexibility were performed. It was found that the cardiorespiratory functions of substance abusers were extensively under normal level,and the strengths were also extensively under normal level,with the strengths of upper and lower limbs obviously decreased. The cardiorespiratory function and strength of substance abusers were not obviously improved from the early detoxification stage to the middle and late detoxification stage. Spinal flexibilities of substance abusers were still well and their body morphology were basically normal. It is suggested that a systemic and safety rehabilitation project for substance abusers urgently needs to be established to promote the physical rehabilitation of substance abusers in Guangdong province.更多还原
