1000MW机组循环冷却水杀菌灭藻方案

【摘要】 探讨现阶段国内循环冷却水杀菌灭藻方案,对某新建1000 MW机组循环冷却水杀菌灭藻处理工艺进行了外购杀菌剂、电解食盐制次氯酸钠和二氧化氯发生装置三个方案的优选,通过技术经济比较,确定了该机组的最佳循环冷却水杀菌灭藻方案为外购杀菌剂。该方案具有系统简单,一次性投资低,无日常维护、检修工作量,加药品种等优势。

【Abstract】 The current domestic sterilization and algae-removal program of circulating cooling water is discussed.Three options for outsourced bactericides,sodium hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide generators for electrolysis of salt are optimized for a newlybuilt 1 000 MW unit’ s sterilization and algae-removal program of circulating cooling water.Through technical and economic comparisons,the optimal sterilization and algae-removal program of circulating cooling water for this unit is outsourcing fungicide.This system is simple,and the one-time investments are very low,with the advantages of no routine maintenance workload and the various drug addition ways.
