【摘要】 目的探讨小儿手足口病患儿诊断中超敏C反应蛋白和免疫球蛋白水平的价值。方法在绵阳市中心医院收治的手足口病患儿中随机抽取出360例(均为2016年7月—2017年12月期间)作为研究对象,将360例患儿作为观察组,同时选取同一时期的360例健康儿童作为对照组,对两组超敏C反应蛋白、免疫球蛋白水平(Ig G、Ig A、Ig M)进行检验,并分析两组检测结果。结果经对比可见对照组Ig G与Ig A水平含量均高于观察组,同时Ig M水平含量高于对照组,观察组超敏C蛋白水平含量较对照组高,以上两组数据差异有统计学意义。结论手足口病患儿免疫球蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白水平含量均显著高于健康儿童,临床可根据患儿免疫球蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白水平含量初步判定患者病情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of high-sensitive C-reactive protein and immunoglobulin in the diagnosis of hand,foot and mouth disease in children. Methods 360 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease( HFMD) were randomly selected from the hospital from July,2016 to December,2017 as observation group. 360 healthy children in the same period were selected as control group. The two groups were tested for high sensitive C-reactive protein( HRP) and immunoglobulin( Ig) level. The results of the two groups were analyzed. Results The levels of Ig G and Ig A in the control group can be seen by comparison. The level of Ig M in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant. Conclusion The levels of immunoglobulin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in children with hand-foot-mouth disease are significantly higher than those in healthy children,and patients’ state of illness can be judged by them.更多还原
