【摘要】 目的探讨中厚皮切取后取皮区直接植皮修复的临床效果。方法将62例烧伤后行中厚皮切取术植皮的患者随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组切取皮片后,取皮区用凡士林纱布、无菌纱布覆盖自然愈合,研究组切取皮片后,进行直接植皮修复。结果研究组取皮区创面愈合时间为(10.26±2.14)d,早于对照组的(16.68±2.09)d,温哥华瘢痕量表评分为(2.06±0.50)分,低于对照组的(6.91±0.43)分,SF-36评分为(74.69±6.08)分,高于对照组的(66.94±6.25)分(P均<0.05)。结论中厚皮切取后取皮区直接植皮修复,创面愈合快,瘢痕轻,能够进一步改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of medium thickness skin excision after direct skin graft in the donor site.Methods 62 cases of burn after skin grafting under medium thickness skin excision were randomly divided into study group and control group. In control group,after the cut of skin,vaseline gauze and sterile gauze was used for normal union. In study group,direct skin grafting was used.
