【摘要】 目的探讨中草药毛冬青煎液对妇产科手术感染切口疼痛的影响。方法选择2014年6月—2017年6月在北流市人民医院妇产科住院手术感染性伤口(腹部手术)80例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。所有患者感染伤口常规处理后,对照组用3%过氧化氢清洗后用0.9%生理盐水清洗。观察组用自制毛冬青水清洗伤口并湿敷30分钟。观察两组患者伤口疼痛改善情况。结果两组患者伤口疼痛差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论毛冬青煎液用于妇产科手术感染伤口换药能有效减轻疼痛,疗效满意,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of dressing change with decoction from Chinese herbal medicine pubescent holly root on the pain of postoperative infection incision of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Methods 80 patients with infected wood of abdominal surgery were enrolled in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology from June,2014 to June,2017. After routine treatment of infected wound,the control group were washed with 3% hydrogen peroxide first and then with 0. 9% saline,while the observation group were washed with homemade pubescent holly root lotion. After washing,the improvements of the pain in two groups were compared. Results There was statistically significant difference in the pain between the two groups( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Dressing change with decoction from pubescent holly root is able to relieve the pain of infected wound of Gynecology and Obstetrics surgery effectively. The efficacy is satisfactory,and it is worth popularization.更多还原
