多血质貌新生儿凝血功能的调查研究

【摘要】 目的调查研究多血质貌新生儿凝血功能的特点。方法根据红细胞压积(Hematocrit,HCT),把110例新生患儿分为红细胞增多症组和多血质貌组,并检测两组新生患儿的凝血酶原时间(Prothrombin time,PT)、凝血酶原时间国际标准化比率(Prothrombin time international normalized ratio,PT-INR)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(Activated partial thromboplastin time,APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,FIB)、凝血酶时间(Fhrombin time,TT)水平。选择32例同期健康的足月儿作对照组,比较三组之间凝血水平的差异。结果对照组的PT、PT-INR、APTT、FIB、TT水平与多血质貌组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。红细胞增多症组的PT、PT-INR、APTT水平和多血质貌组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多血质貌新生儿的凝血功能与红细胞增多症新生儿相似,同样存在易凝易栓的危险因素,极易导致血栓性疾病发生,临床工作者应当予以重视。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of coagulation function in neonates with sanguineous appearance. Methods According to hematocrit,110 cases with neonates were divided into erythrocythemia group and sanguineous appearance group,and the levels of PT,PT-INR,APTT,FIB and TT of two groups were measured. 32 healthy full-term infants were selected as control group. And the differences of blood coagulation levels among three groups were compared. Results The levels of PT,PT-INR,APTT,FIB and TT in control group are significantly different from those in sanguineous appearance group( P < 0. 01). The levels of PT,PT-INR and APTT in erythrocythemia group are significantly different from those in sanguineous appearance group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The coagulation function of neonates with sanguineous appearance is similar to that of neonates with polycythemia. It also has the risk factors of easy coagulation and easy thrombosis,which can easily lead to thrombotic diseases. Clinical workers should pay attention to it.
