【摘要】 目的研究分析将血浆净化应用于风湿免疫性疾病的治疗中的效果。方法随机选取焦作市第二人民医院收治的风湿免疫性疾病患者62例,给予所有患者药物治疗,在此基础上,根据患者不同的病情选择使用双重过滤血浆净化技术(DEPP)或血浆吸附技术(PA)的血浆净化方法,观察患者治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、自身抗体、C反应蛋白(CRP)、补体(C3、C4)等指标的变化情况与临床反应。结果治疗后患者各项指标均较治疗前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者发生的不良反应较少。结论血浆净化治疗风湿免疫性疾病疗效显著,安全性高,应在临床治疗中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of plasma purification used in the treatment of rheumatic diseases. Methods All patients with autoimmune rheumatic diseases in Jiaozuo Second People’ s Hospital were given drug treatment. Based on this,according to different condition selection of purification technology,the patients received double filtration plasmapheresis(DEPP) or plasma adsorption technology(PA) plasma purification method. Changes and clinical results serum immunoglobulin,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),autoantibodies,C reactive protein(CRP),complement(C3,C4) and other indicators of patients before and after treatment were observed. Results All indexes are significantly improved compared with before treatment,and there is statistically significant difference(P < 0. 05). There are fewer adverse events among patients. Conclusion Plasma purification efficacy in the treatment of rheumatic disease is significant,with high safety. So it should be widely applied in clinical treatment.更多还原
