【摘要】 目的提高平山病患者手术与康复效果。方法将行颈椎前路自体髂骨植骨融合内固定术的160例平山病患者按时间段分为对照组和改进组各80例;对照组行常规围术期护理;改进组在此基础上组成医护小组,术前护理中融合健康教育与心理护理,术后强化、细化和量化体位护理、术区护理、取骨区护理及功能锻炼等。结果改进组术后取骨区疼痛评分、抑郁评分及住院时间显著少于对照组(均P<0.01),术后12个月功能改善率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改进后的护理措施可有效提高术后康复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the efficacy and recovery of patients with Hirayama disease after surgery.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with Hirayama disease receiving anterior cervical interbody fusion with iliac crest autograft were chronologically divided into two groups of 80.The control group was given routine care,while the modified group received better,improved care that health education and psychological care were integrated into preoperative care,and body positioning care,wound care,donor area care and exercise training were strengthened and quantified after the surgery.Results Pain severity in the donor area,depression and length of hospital stay were significantly lower/shorter in the modified group compared to the control group(P<0.01 for all).The rate of functional recovery at postoperative 12 month follow-up was significantly higher in the modified group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved care can effectively enhance recovery of patients with Hirayama disease after anterior cervical interbody fusion.更多还原
