【摘要】 目的探讨肛门直肠畸形术后真性大便失禁患儿生活质量及其影响因素。方法采用儿童生活质量普适性核心量表(PedsQL4.0)和Rintala/Helkkinen肛门功能评分表对84例肛门畸形术后大便失禁患儿进行调查。结果84例患儿肛门功能评分(7.35±2.32)分,生活质量总分(64.44±6.71)分。不同性别、年龄患儿的生活质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。回归分析结果显示,年龄是生理功能、情感功能的主要影响因素,性别是生理功能主要影响因素,肛门功能是生理功能、社会功能和总体功能的影响因素,医疗付费方式是社会功能和总体功能的影响因素。结论肛门畸形术后大便失禁患儿的生活质量不佳,其受到性别、年龄、肛门功能和医疗费用支付方式的影响。对患儿及其照护者尽早开展相关知识健康教育和针对性护理是改善患儿生活质量的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the level and factors associated with quality of life in children with true fecal incontinence after surgically corrected anorectal malformation.Methods Totally 84 children with true fecal incontinence after surgically corrected anorectal malformation were investigated by using the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedsQL4.0) and Rintala Assessment of bowel function.Results Children scored(7.35±2.32) on bowel function and (64.44±6.71) on quality of life.The scores of quality of life in children with different gender,age had significant differences(P<0.05 for both).Regression analysis showed that age was the main factors influencing physical function and emotional function;gender was the principal factor influencing physical function,bowel function was the influencing factor of physical function,social function and the overall function;and mode of medical fee payment was the influencing factor of social function and the overall function.Conclusion Quality of life in children with true fecal incontinence after surgically corrected anorectal malformation is not satisfactory,and it is affected by gender,age,bowel function and mode of medical fee payment.Nurses should provide health education for caregivers and take target interventions to improve children′s quality of life.更多还原
