【摘要】 目的深入了解养老院护士对老年人实施压力性损伤评估的影响因素,为制定针对性管理措施提供参考。方法选取上海市5所养老机构的10名护士进行半结构式深入访谈,对资料进行整理分析,提炼主题。结果提炼出"人员配置不足,知识及设施欠缺,评估信息掌握不准确,评估与临床工作结合度差,评估认知欠缺或存在利益驱动,支持力度缺乏,对Braden量表评估存在质疑"7个主题。结论针对养老院护士对老年人压力性损伤评估的影响因素,实施专业团队管理,加强培训,完善信息化及制度建设等措施,有望促进规范化压力性损伤风险评估及相应防护,避免老年人发生压力性损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify barriers to pressure injury assessment among nurses working in senior-care institutions,and to provide references for targeted management.Methods Semi-structured,in-depth interviews were conducted on 10 nurses selected from 5 senior-care institutions in Shanghai.Data were analyzed to identify the themes.Results Seven themes were identified,including insufficient nurses,lack of knowledge and facilities,inaccurate assessment information,poor combination between assessment and clinical practice,lack of assessment awareness or profit-driven,insufficient support,and doubts of the Braden scale.Conclusion Targeting factors that affected nurses′pressure injury assessment in senior-care institutions,such measures as management with specific teams,intensive training,improvement of information technology and nursing regulations should be taken to standardize pressure injury assessment,thus to prevent pressure injuries in the elderly.更多还原
