【摘要】 目的比较经尿道钬激光膀胱肿瘤切除术(HOLRBT)和经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)治疗膀胱侧壁非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的效果。方法采用前瞻性随机对照试验,HOLRBT组和TURBT组各纳入20例患者。观察和比较2组手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿时间、住院时间及闭孔神经反射、膀胱穿孔发生率和2 a内肿瘤复发率。结果 2组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。HOLRBT组膀胱冲洗时间、住院时间均短于TURBT组(P <0. 05),且闭孔神经反射发生率低于TURBT组(P <0. 05)。2组2 a内肿瘤复发率差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论 HOLRBT治疗膀胱侧壁非肌层浸润性肿瘤是一种安全、有效的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the surgical outcome and therapeutic effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumor( HOLRBT)and transurethral holmium laser tumor resection( TURBT) in non-muscle invasive lateral wall bladder tumor. Methods A prospective randomized controlled trial was performed in 40 patients form March 2013 to March 2016. The patients in control group were treated by TURBT.The experiment group was treated with HOLRBT. The duration of surgery,bladder irrigation time,indwelling catheterization time,hospital stay time,incidence of obturator nerve reflex and bladder perforation,and 2-year recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The bladder irrigation time and hospital stay time in the HOLRBT group were shorter than those in the TURBT group( P < 0. 05),and the incidence of obturator nerve reflex in the HOLRBT group was lower than that in the TURBT group( P < 0. 05). There was no difference in tumor recurrence rate between the two groups within 2 years( P > 0. 05). Conclusion HOLRBT is a safe and effective new method in the treatment of non-muscle invasive lateral wall bladder tumor.更多还原
