大理石、花岗岩石粉对水泥浆体流变性能的影响

【摘要】 采用RS-SST型流变仪研究大理石粉-水泥复合浆体和花岗岩粉-水泥复合浆体的流变性能,分析不同粉体掺量下,新拌复合浆体屈服应力、塑性黏度以及触变性的变化规律。试验结果表明:大理石粉-水泥复合新拌浆体和花岗岩粉-水泥复合新拌浆体的流变性属于Bingham流体模型;随着剪切速率的增加大,新拌复合水泥浆体出现明显剪切稀化现象,随后塑性黏度逐渐趋向平稳;复合浆体中石粉掺量增大,浆体的屈服应力、塑性黏度、触变性均呈现增大趋势,花岗岩粉对水泥浆体流变性能影响较大。

【Abstract】 The rheological properties of compound pastes with marble powder-cement and compound pastes with granite powder-cement were determined using RS-SST rheometer.The yield stress, plastic viscosity and thixotropy of fresh cement at different stone powder dosage were analyzed.The results show that fresh compound pastes with marble powder-cement and compound pastes with granite powder-cement follow the bingham model.The fresh compound pastes appeared a shear thinning behavior when the shear rate increased,the plastic viscosity of pastes became stable with the increased shear rate.The yield stress,plastic viscosity and thixotropy increase with increasing the stone powder dosage, granite powder has a great influence on the rheological properties of cement paste.
