原状铅锌尾矿制备地聚物的研究
Study on preparation of geopolymer with undisturbed lead-zinc tailings
【摘要】 探究了原状铅锌尾矿制备地聚物胶凝材料的可行性,并利用矿粉促进尾矿反应增强其力学性能,主要从矿粉掺量、碱含量、养护温度、水玻璃模数等方面对试样力学性能进行研究,并通过SEM,FTIR对地聚合物进行表征。结果表明,原状铅锌尾矿可用于制备地聚合物;在适量矿粉的激发下,当碱含量为9%,养护温度为50℃,水玻璃模数为1.0时,制备的地聚物试样强度最高。
【Abstract】 The feasibility of utilizing undisturbed lead-zinc tailings for preparation of geopolymer cementitious materials is investigated via using slag to promote the reaction of tailings to enhance its mechanical properties.In this study,effects of slag content,alkali content,curing temperature and water glass modulus upon the mechanical properties are investigated.Additionally,SEM and FTIR are used to characterize the geopolymer.The results show that undisturbed lead-zinc tailings can be used to produce geopolymer cementitious materials.And activated by proper amount of slag,the sample obtains the maximum strength with the alkali content,curing temperature and water glass modulus of 9%,50% and 1.0 respectively.
