【摘要】 目的探讨心理护理与人文关怀护理对尿毒症患者负性情绪和治疗依从性的影响。方法选取我院2015年6月至2017年6月收治的尿毒症透析患者180例,将患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理及人文关怀护理。在患者入院及治疗半年后检测两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分以及尿素氮、肌酐以及β2-微球蛋白表达水平,并对治疗依从性进行评价。结果观察组患者治疗后SAS,SDS评分及尿素氮、β2-微球蛋白、肌酐水平均低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者治疗依从性高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论给予患者良好的心理护理和人文关怀护理,可改善患者的情绪,提高患者治疗的依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing and humanistic care nursing on negative emotion and treatment compliance of patients with uremia. Methods To select 180 cases of patients with uremia dialysis admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group with equal numbers randomly. Patients in the control group were given routine care,while patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing and humanistic care nursing on the basis of routine nursing. At the time of admitting and six months after the treatment,the anxiety and depression scores and the expression levels of urea nitrogen,creatinine and β2-microglobulin were measured in the patients of two groups. Meanwhile,the treatment compliance was evaluated. Results After treatment,SAS and SDS score,urea nitrogen,β2-microglobulin and creatinine levels in the observation group were lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).
