太极拳联合康复操对脑外伤患者康复及生活质量的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨太极拳锻炼联合康复操对脑外伤患者康复及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2015年8月至2016年8月收治的行常规护理的脑外伤患者49例作为对照组,另选取我院2016年9月至2017年9月收治的行太极拳锻炼联合康复操干预的脑外伤患者49例作为观察组。比较两组康复情况及护理前后生活质量变化。结果观察组护理3个月后Fugl-Meyer及Barthel评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理3个月后生理机能、生理职能、情感职能、活力、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精神健康、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论太极拳锻炼联合康复操应用于脑外伤患者护理可有效促进其肢体运动功能康复,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Tai Chi exercise combined with rehabilitation gymnastics on the rehabilitation and quality of life of patients with cerebral trauma. Methods To compare the status of rehabilitation and changes in quality of life before and after intervention,49 cases of patients with cerebral trauma from the control group,who admitted in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 underwent routine nursing,and another49 cases of cerebral trauma patients from the study group,who admitted in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 adopted Tai Chi exercise combined with rehabilitation gymnastics intervention,were observed. Results After 3-month’s intervention,the Fugl-Meyer and Barthel scores in the study group were generally higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After 3-month’s intervention,the scores of physiological function,physiological role,emotional role,vitality,body pain,general health,mental health and social function in the study group were generally higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of Tai Chi exercise combined with rehabilitation gymnastics intervention could effectively promote the recovery of limb motor function and improve the quality of life,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
