【摘要】 目的探讨中药热奄包在妇科腹腔镜术后患者排气中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年8月至2016年3月收治的108例妇科腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均采用腹腔镜手术,对照组患者术后采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础之上给予中药热奄包辅助护理。比较两组患者临床疗效、术后首次排气时间以及平均住院时间。结果观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P <0. 05),观察组平均排气时间、平均住院时间短于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论中药热奄包应用于妇科腹腔镜患者,其临床效果理想,能够促进患者术后排气,缩短患者住院时间,且操作简单,无副作用,是一种行之有效的护理方式,值得临床进一步推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot package in ventilation of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods To select 108 cases of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to March 2016 as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups were treated with laparoscopic surgery. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. Patients in the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine care.The clinical efficacy,the first exhaust time after surgery,and the average hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The average exhaust time and average hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot package applied to gynecological laparoscopic patients is good. It can promote postoperative venting and shorten the hospitalization time of patients. Meanwhile,it is easy to operate and has no side effects.
