【摘要】 目的探讨失禁评分联合预见性阴部皮肤损伤防护对控制ICU失禁患者失禁性皮炎发生率的作用。方法选取2015年11月至2017年10月ICU失禁患者共198例,以时间顺序分为对照组与观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施失禁评分联合预见性阴部皮肤损伤防护护理。比较两组失禁性皮炎发生率、护理舒适度、护理满意度以及护士对失禁性皮炎的认知程度。结果观察组的失禁性皮炎发生率、护理舒适度与满意度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后护士对失禁性皮炎疾病相关知识的认知度评分高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论失禁评分联合预见性阴部皮肤损伤防护护理可降低ICU失禁患者失禁性皮炎发生率,并优化护士对失禁性皮炎相关知识的认知程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigated the effect of incontinence score combined with predictive vaginal skin injury protection on the incidence of incontinence dermatitis in patients with incontinence. Methods To compared incidence of incontinence dermatitis,nursing comfort,nursing satisfaction,and nurses’ perception of incontinence dermatitis,198 cases had been observed and studied. Subjects were patients with incontinence admitted in ICU from November 2015 to October 2017,and were chronologically divided into study group and control group. The control group was give the routine care,while the study group were added with incontinence score treatment combined with predictive vaginal skin injury protection on the basis of the control group. Results The incidence of incontinence dermatitis,nursing comfort and satisfaction scores in the study group were superior to the control group( P < 0. 05). After the intervention,the nurses’ knowledge of incontinence dermatitis was higher than that before the intervention( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Incontinence score combined with predictive vaginal skin injury protection could reduce the incidence of incontinence dermatitis in incontinence patients of ICU,and optimize nurses’ knowledge of incontinence dermatitis.更多还原
