【摘要】 目的探讨肝癌射频消融术后相关并发症的发生原因及护理对策。方法选取2014年2月至2017年2月在我院进行射频消融术的389例肝癌患者进行回顾性分析,探讨其并发症发生原因,并采取有效护理措施。结果 389例患者中86例患者发生并发症,发生率22.10%,包括低体温、恶心呕吐、皮肤烧伤、肝出血等,均经积极护理,症状得到改善。结论射频消融术治疗肝癌,术后并发症发生率较高,护理人员应采取有效措施,积极改善患者相应症状,保证患者术后生活质量及病症的有效恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the cause and nursing countermeasures of the related complications after liver cancer radiofrequency ablation. Methods To discuss the causes of the complications of radiofrequency ablation,and take effective nursing measures,choose 389 cases of liver cancer patients who had received radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 to conduct retrospective analysis. Results Among the 389 cases of patients,86 cases of patients had complications,and the occurrence rate was 22. 10%,including hypothermia,nausea and vomiting,skin burns and liver bleeding etc; all the symptoms were improved after active nursing care. Conclusion If radiofrequency ablation is used to treat liver cancer,the occurrence rate of postoperative complications is high; nursing staff should take effective measures,so as to actively improve the corresponding symptoms of patients,and guarantee the postoperative life quality of patients as well as the effective recovery of disease.更多还原
