【摘要】 目的探讨子宫内膜癌患者术后情绪波动情况及护理需求程度的变化情况。方法选取2016年3月至2017年7月本院的56例子宫内膜癌手术患者为观察组,以同期的56例子宫良性疾病手术患者为对照组,分别采用HAD量表、POMS量表及护理需求量表进行评估,比较两组的评估结果。结果观察组患者术后1,5,10 d的HAD量表及POMS量表评估结果低于对照组,护理需求程度均高于对照组,且观察组术后10d的HAD量表及POMS量表评估结果好于术后1,5 d,术后5 d的评估结果好于术后1 d,观察组术后10 d护理需求程度高于术后1,5 d,术后5 d的护理需求程度高于术后1 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌患者术后情绪波动较大,且护理需求程度较高,随着时间推移,情绪波动情况及护理需求有所改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the situation postoperative mood fluctuations and nursing demand degree on patients with endometrial cancer.Methods From March 2016 to July 2017,to select 56 patients with endometrial cancer as observation group from our hospital,at the same stage,56 patients with benign uterine disease were set as control group.HAD scale,POMS scale and nursing demand scale were used to evaluate these results.Results The evaluation results of HAD and POMS on 1,5,and 10 days after they received operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The degree of nursing demand was higher than in the control group.When patients accepted operation,the results of HAD and POMS scales were better in observation group on 10 days than on 1 and 5 days.The evaluation results were better on 5 days than on 1 day after patients received operation.At the same time,the degree of nursing demand in observation group on 10 days was higher than on 1 and 5 days after patients received operation; while the degree of nursing demand on 5 days was higher than on 1 day after they received operation.The difference was statistically significant.( P < 0.05).Conclusion Patients with endometrial cancer exhibited greater postoperative mood fluctuation and higher levels of nursing demand.As time progressed,mood fluctuation and nursing demand improved.更多还原
