【摘要】 目的:分析基于卓越服务理念的高品质专科特色护理项目在产后抑郁症预防中的应用效果。方法:我院自2015年8月起开始构建并运行产后抑郁症专项预防护理这一高品质专科特色护理项目,选择构建前组(2015年5—7月)和构建后组(2015年8—10月)于我院分娩的产妇各61例做为研究对象,比较两组产妇干预后各观察指标的差异性。结果:构建后组产妇的产后抑郁症发生率显著低于构建前组产妇,构建后组产妇满意度评分均显著高于构建前组(P<0.05)。结论:基于卓越服务理念的高品质专科特色护理项目的构建与运行,对于降低产妇产后抑郁症发生率、提高产妇及医师满意度均具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the application effect of high-quality specialty nursing project based on the concept of excellent service in the prevention of postpartum depression. Methods: To select 61 cases of puerperae who were delivered in our hospital as subjects,since August 2015,our hospital has started to build and run a specific nursing program for post-partum depression special nursing. To build pre-group( from May to July 2015) and post-build group( from August to October 2015),and the differences in the observed indexes between the two groups were compared. Results: In terms of the incidence of postpartum depression,the post-build group was significantly lower than the pre-build group,and as for the satisfaction scores,the post-build group were significantly higher than the pre-build group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The construction and operation of high-quality specific nursing programs based on the concept of excellent service have positive significance for reducing the incidence of postpartum depression and improving the satisfaction of puerperae and physician.更多还原
