【摘要】 目的:调查医护人员对膀胱癌术后膀胱冲洗液颜色与出血量的了解情况。方法:采用自制冲洗液比色卡及认知调查问卷,通过方便取样方法选取本地区三级综合医院泌尿外科73名医护人员作为调查对象,对其膀胱癌术后持续膀胱冲洗液颜色与出血量的认知情况进行调查分析。结果:医护人员在颜色值1~4度判断上表现出3到4种选择结果,跨度较大,仅5度颜色值被描述为鲜红色基本一致;1~4度色多被描述为淡红色、浅红色;4~7度色可被认为鲜红色;能根据冲洗液颜色判断患者相应出血量的医护人员约为50%,而50%医护人员对比色卡对应出血量的判断结果存在非常大的出入;100%医护人员认为采用客观冲洗液颜色判断标准十分必要。结论:应采用更客观、更直观的方法评估冲洗液颜色,对于医护人员给予针对性干预措施具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigation the cognition of medical staffs about irrigation fluid color and bleeding volume after the operation of bladder cancer.Method: To select 73 medical staffs as the object of investigation in urology department of third-grade general hospital in this area through convenience sampling by using self-made irrigation solution colorimetric card and cognitive questionnaire,,to investigate and analyze the cognition of the irrigation fluid color and bleeding volume of postoperative continuous bladder irrigation of bladder cancer. Results: Medical staff showed 3 to 4 results in color value 1-4 degree,the span was larger,only 5 degree color value was described as bright red,basically consistent; 1-4 degree color was described as light red,light red,4-7 degree color was considered as bright red,medical staffs can base on the color of flushing fluid to determine the corresponding bleeding were about 50 %,and 50% medical staffs contrast color atla corresponding to the judgment results of blood loss had very large discrepancy; 100% medical staffs think it is necessary to use objective irrigation fluid color criterion. Conclusion: A more objective and intuitive method to evaluate the color of irrigation solution was of great significance for medical staff to give targeted intervention measures.更多还原
