3D视力训练联合睫状肌运动训练在矫正青少年近视中的应用研究
Application research of 3D visual training combined with ciliary muscle exercise training for juvenile myopia rectification
【摘要】 目的:探讨3D视力训练联合睫状肌运动训练在矫正青少年近视中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2017年1~6月收治的110例近视眼患者,随机等分为试验组和对照组。试验组采取3D视力训练联合睫状肌运动训练的方法进行干预,对照组采用佩戴框架眼镜联合眼保健操的方法进行干预。观察并比较两组干预前后的视力变化情况。结果:干预前后两组右眼裸眼平均视力、左眼裸眼平均视力及总体裸眼平均视力比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D视力训练联合睫状肌运动训练可有效提升青少年的视力,改善其视觉功能,控制近视度数的发展,值得临床推广应用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of 3 D visual training combined with ciliary muscle exercise training for juvenile myopia rectification.Methods: To select 110 cases of myopia patients cured in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017,and randomly divide them into experimental group and control group. Experimental group was given an intervention of 3 D visual training combined with ciliary muscle exercise training,while control group was given an intervention of frame glasses combined with eye exercise. Observe and compare eyesight conditions before and after intervention between the two groups. Results: Compare average vision of the naked right eye,average vision of the naked left eye and average vision of both naked eyes before and after intervention between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: 3 D visual training combined with ciliary muscle exercise training could effectively improve juvenile’s eyesight and visual performance,and control myopia increase,so it deserves clinical promotion and application.
