用于癌症亚分型的生物医学大数据谱聚类技术研究

【Abstract】 We use the big data spectral clustering technology to construct core label set, and use cat swarm optimization algorithm to improve the bayesian classification method, nextly use the improved bayes classification method to realize the cancer data classification based on core label sets.The experimental results show that this method has good accuracy, sensitivity and specific degrees, has the very high popularization value.更多还原
