【摘要】 目的调查杭州市某综合性医院护士的脂肪肝认知现状,为提高医院脂肪肝护理及健康教育水平提供依据。方法采取分层抽样法选取杭州市某综合性医院168名护士作为研究对象,采用自行设计的护士脂肪肝认知度问卷进行调查。结果护士脂肪肝认知度总得分为(61.6±10.75)分,处于一般水平。护士对脂肪肝基础知识、防治策略、筛查与随访知识掌握较好,对诊断掌握较薄弱,其中文化程度和不同科室方面对护士的认知有显著影响。结论综合性医院护士对脂肪肝的认知度一般,医院应开展针对医护人员的脂肪肝继续教育项目,提升护理人员健康教育水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the cognitive situation of fatty liver for nurses from a general hospital of Hangzhou to provide reference for improving nursing care and health education on fatty liver.Method Choose 168 nurses from a general hospital of Hangzhou by stratified sampling method.Investigate them by self-designed questionnaire on cognitive situation of fatty liver for nurses.Result The total score of cognition on fatty liver is(61.6±10.75),which is in medium level.Nurses have great mastery on basic knowledge,prevention strategies,screen and follow-up interview.But their mastering on diagnosis is weak.Education level and different department have effect on nurses’ cognition level.Conclusion Cognition on fatty liver of nurses from general hospitals is in medium level.Further education on fatty liver should be developed for medical staff to improve their health education level.更多还原
