红景天苷对大鼠骨骼肌钙调节影响研究

【摘要】 红景天是中国传统中药材,近年来研究发现,红景天中富含多种化学成分,其中红景天苷、有机酸、挥发油等成分含量较高,并且具有多种药物活性,尤其是活性较强的红景天苷,表现出显著的抗疲劳功能,此外红景天还具有抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗辐射、抗病毒等药理作用,并且对心血管系统、免疫系统、神经系统都有很好的调节作用.因此红景天具有很高的开发利用价值,通过对近年来红景天苷对大鼠骨骼肌细胞钙调节影响的研究进行总结,为今后红景天苷的进一步开发利用提供理论支持.

【Abstract】 Rhodiola is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine. In recent years,it is found that it contains various chemical constituents. The content of rhodiola rosea rhodiola glycosides,organic acids and volatile oil is higher,and they have a variety of pharmacological activity,especially the activity of rhodiola glucoside,showing significant anti-fatigue function. Moreover,rhodiola also has the anti-tumor,anti-aging rhodiola rosea,radiation resistance,antiviral and other pharmacological effects. It has a good regulatory effect on cardiovascular system,immune system and nervous system. Thus rhodiola is of great value in the development and utilization of rhodiola rosea. The researches on the effects of calcium regulating rhodiola glucoside in rat skeletal muscle cells was summarized in this paper to provide theoretical support for the further development and utilization of salidroside.
