【摘要】 通过观察中药复方对大鼠肾小球系膜细胞(Ms C)的影响,从细胞水平探讨中药复方防治慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的作用.采用4甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法,观察中药复方对大鼠肾小球系膜细胞的影响.结果显示中药复方有抑制大鼠肾小球系膜细胞增殖的作用,其中抑制率与药物浓度和作用时间有一定的量效关系.中药复方对体外培养的大鼠肾小球系膜细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用,其抑制率与血清中的药物浓度、时间呈正相关.中药复方抑制肾小球系膜细胞增殖是预防肾小球硬化发生发展的重要机制之一.更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of Chinese herbal compound on rat glomerular mesangial cells( Ms C)was observed to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on prevention and treatment of chronic renal failure( CRF) from cell biology level. The effect of Chinese herbal compound on rat glomerular mesangial cells was observed by MTT colorimetric method. The results showed that traditional Chinese medicine compound could inhibit the proliferation of rat glomerular mesangial cells in vitro,and its inhibitory degree was related to the concentration of drug,and the time of drug action is with the increase of drug concentration. The inhibition rate of mesangial cell proliferation also increased accordingly. The inhibitory effect of Chinese herbal compound on the proliferation of rat glomerular mesangial cells in vitro was positively correlated with the concentration and time of serum in serum. Chinese medicine compound inhibition of glomerular mesangial cell proliferation is one of the important mechanisms to prevent the development of glomerulosclerosis.更多还原
