基于物理图谱的大豆倒伏性状QTL整合及元分析
QTL Integration and Meta-analysis of Soybean Lodging Character Based on Physical Map
【摘要】 倒伏性状是影响大豆品种产量、品质及能否大面积推广的一个重要数量性状。为促进大豆抗倒伏基因的精细定位和分子标记辅助选择育种,本研究共搜集整理30年来SoyBase网站上已经报道的大豆倒伏性状QTL,以2010年发布的大豆基因组物理图谱为参考图谱,通过BioMercator2.1软件将大豆倒伏性QTL映射到物理图谱上,并进行元分析得到有效的QTL位点,共得到17个通用QTL分布于8个连锁群上,通用QTL的最小图距为0.08 Mb,最大图距为13.47 Mb。
【Abstract】 Lodging is an important quantitative trait that affects the yield,quality,and generalization of soybean varieties.In order to promote gene isolation and marker-assisted breeding oflodging resistant varieties in soybean,in this research,79 QTLs reported in recent 30 years were collected from SoyBase,taking the physical map of soybean genome released in 2010 as a reference map,QTLs for soybean lodging were mapped to physical maps with BioMercator 2.1 software,and meta-analysis was performed to obtain effective QTL loci.A total of 17 common QTLs were distributed on 8 linkage groups.The minimum map distance was 0.08 Mb and the maximum map distance was 13.47 Mb.
