【摘要】 为探讨温室盆栽血红鸡爪槭叶片呈色的相关生理变化,以血红鸡爪槭为试材,研究其在温室内不同生长季节及不同浓度磷酸二氢钾和蔗糖混合营养液下叶绿素、花青素苷、可溶性糖以及淀粉含量的变化。结果表明:季节不同,植株体内可溶性糖、淀粉、叶绿素以及花青素苷含量明显不同,其中夏季淀粉含量和叶绿素含量最高,而可溶性糖和花青素苷含量则在秋季相对较高;同时,为提高温室内盆栽血红鸡爪槭花青素苷的含量,秋季定期喷施0.1%磷酸二氢钾+0.4%蔗糖溶液,而春、夏季喷施0.3%磷酸二氢钾+0.4%蔗糖效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the physiological changes in leaf color of Acer palmatum ‘Bloodgood’in greenhouse,the changes of chlorophyll,anthocyanin,soluble sugar and starch content in different growth seasons and different concentrations of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and sucrose were studied.The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar,starch,chlorophyll and anthocyanin in the plants were significantly different in different seasons,among them,starch content and chlorophyll content were the highest in summer,soluble sugar and anthocyanin content were higher in autumn.At the same time,in order to improve the anthocyanin content of Acer palmatum ‘Bloodgood’in the greenhouse,0.1% potassium dihydrogen phosphate +0.4% sucrose solution should be sprayed regularly in autumn,while in spring and summer it was better to spray 0.3% potassium dihydrogen phosphate+0.4% sucrose.更多还原
