【Abstract】 Information disclosure system is an important part of modern university governance. From the perspective of stakeholders,this paper combs the theoretical bases of the information disclosure system in vocational colleges,clarifies the main connotation of the system,and analyzes its basic characteristics from the perspectives of fairness,public service and integration of industry and education.
