【摘要】 大学是一个治理的共同体,共同体关系本身就是治理的重要资源。为此,大学内部治理需要师生全体员工的共同体意识与行为,其诉求表现为共享话语权、追求自治共治、发挥师生潜力、增进彼此信任、分享利益成果。大学内部治理的共同体策略:尊重文化差异,创设治理空间;实施对话沟通,增强治理认同;创建共享价值,凝聚治理团队;利用冲突资源,创新治理路径。大学内部治理的共同体路径将追求卓越的理念和行动扩展到大学整个系统,从而形成追求卓越的大学文化,这有利于"双一流"建设的实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 A university is a community of governance,and community relations itself are an important resource for governance.Therefore,the university governance needs the community consciousness of all teachers and students. Its demands are as follows: to share the speech rights,to pursue autonomy,to exert the potential of members,to promote mutual trust and share the results of interests. The community strategy of university governance: to respect cultural differences and create the governance space; to implement dialogue and communication to enhance the governance identification; to create shared values and pool governance teams; to use conflict resources,to innovate governance path. The community path of university governance will pursue outstanding concepts and actions to the whole system of universities,thus forming a university culture of excellence.更多还原
