【Abstract】 Technology innovations of universities have a great impetus to national innovation system construction and innovation-driven strategy,and agricultural universities are one of the main bodies of agricultural technology innovation. Based on the data of 36 agricultural universities in China during 2008-2016,this paper adopted DEA-Malmquist index method to compare and analyze technological innovation efficiency among agricultural universities in different regions. Then Chow ’s test was employed to the "2011 Plan"——a major strategic measure,and the econometric model was established to study the impact of different influencing factors on the technological innovation efficiency of agricultural universities,which provides directions and basis for technological innovation activities of agricultural universities.更多还原
