【摘要】 选择性精英教育是基于大众教育与精英教育有机结合的一种全新教育理念,具备体现公平、重视个性、兼顾质量的优点与特征,是在大众教育基础上开展精英教育的高度凝练。实施选择性精英教育不仅有利于我国高等教育的内涵式发展以及不同层次的高校准确定位分工协作,还有利于学生的个性发展和全面成才。通过转变教育理念,整合教育资源,在研究教学型和教学研究型大学中尝试实施选择性精英教育,开展优生优培,不失为一条提升教育质量和培养优秀人才的可行路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Selective elite education is a brand-new education concept based on the organic combination of mass education and elite education. It has the advantages and characteristics of fairness,individuality and quality,and it is the highly coagulation of elite education based on mass education. The implementation of selective elite education is not only conducive to the connotative development of Chinese higher education,the precise positioning of labor division and cooperation at different levels of the university,but also beneficial to the development of students’ personality and comprehensive talent.
