【摘要】 省属高校作为双一流战略的政策非直接受益者,应立足于从解释论的视角研究应对策略问题。双一流战略加深重点大学与省属高校办学实力上的差异,但国际一流目标的确定,客观上实现二者关系的软化和政策性改善。省属高校应抓住难得机遇,树立"以我为主"的学科建设理念,积极推动外在依赖的环境友好,着力促进内在条件的结构活化,逐步完善体系建设的学科担当,在双一流背景下促进学科建设内涵发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a non-direct beneficiary of the policy of double first-class strategy,provincial colleges and universities should study the responding strategies from the perspective of interpretation theory. The strategy of double first-class deepens the differences in strength of running schools between leading universities and provincial colleges and universities,but the determination of world-class goals has objectively softened the relationship between the two and achieved policy improvement. Provincial colleges and universities should seize the rare opportunity,set up the discipline construction idea,actively promote environmentally friendly external dependencies,focus on promotion of the activation of the structure of internal conditions,and gradually perfect the disciplinary system construction,finally promote connotation development of discipline construction under the background of double first-class.更多还原
