【Abstract】 The construction of good learning atmosphere and academic support system in colleges and universities is the key platform and the core carrier of realizing the educational concept of "three-all education"( all-party participation,all-processes involvement and all-sector connection). Under the law of ideological and political work,which contains ideological and political work,teaching and students development,this study is based on the ideology political work in colleges and universities.
