【Abstract】 The mode of personnel training is the foundation and carrier of the development of colleges and universities. This paper,on the basis of a brief introduction to the training objectives and the undergraduate curriculum of psychology education in Michigan State University,summarizes talent training patterns of this university,and analyzes the problems arising in psychological talent cultivation in China,with the purposes to provide new ideas and new perspectives for China’s colleges and universities to improve the quality of psychological professionals.更多还原
