【Abstract】 The issue of"agriculture,rural and farmers"has always been the most important issue of our state governance. The work of"agriculture,rural and farmers"is more importent for Heilongjiang Province,as a big agricultural province in China. Field research on the progress of precision poverty alleviation in rural areas shows that Heilongjiang Province has entered the period of"post-moderately Prosperous Society",and the expectations of farmers for the further development of"agriculture,rural and farmers"are highly in line with the strategy of rural revitalization.
