【摘要】 通过流通创新推动居民消费升级是供给侧结构性改革的客观要求。首先构筑了流通创新影响居民消费升级的内在机理,利用2004-2015年我国30个省份的面板数据,从流通规模、流通效率、流通渠道、流通结构、流通信息化等角度讨论流通创新与农村居民消费需求增长、消费结构优化两个层面的内在关系,研究发现:流通创新能显著促进农村居民消费需求增长;流通创新促进农村居民消费结构优化的效应有待进一步释放,其中物流业发展对促进农村居民消费需求增长和消费结构优化均具有显著正向促进作用;流通创新影响居民消费升级具有显著空间异质性特征。在此基础上,提出加快流通创新、整合流通资源、推动均衡发展的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promoting the consumption upgrading of residents is the objective requirement of the supply-side structural reform through the circulation innovation. This paper,firstly,constructs the inherent mechanism of circulation innovation affecting residents’ consumption upgrading. Using the panel data of 30 provinces in our country from 2004 to 2015,this paper discusses the two levels of internal relationship,which contains circulation innovation and the growth of rural residents’ consumption,the optimization of consumption structure,through the aspects of circulation scale,circulation efficiency,distribution channels,circulation structure and circulation informatization. The study found that: circulation innovation can significantly promote the growth of rural residents’ consumption demand; circulation of innovation to promote the effect of rural residents’ consumption structure optimization needs to be further enhanced,of which the development of logistics industry has a significant positive role in the growth of consumer demand of rural residents and optimize the consumption structure; circulation innovation has a significant spatial heterogeneity impact on residents’ consumption upgrading. On this basis,some policy suggestions such as accelerating circulation innovation,integrating circulation resources and promoting balanced development are put forward.更多还原
